Therapeutic Use | Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) used for the treatment of stomach ulcers, short-term treatment of erosive esophagitis due to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), maintenance of healing of erosive esophagitis, and pathological hypersecretory conditions including Zollinger–Ellison syndrome. It may also be used along with other medications to eliminate Helicobacter pylori.
Domperidone is a peripherally selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist. It is used as an antiemetic, gastric prokinetic agent, and galactagogue.The drug is used to relieve nausea and vomiting; to increase the transit of food through the stomach (increasing gastrointestinal peristalsis) |
